Terms of Use (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using DraftOdds (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DraftOdds on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. What DraftOdds is — and is not

DraftOdds provides fantasy-football draft guidance for entertainment and informational purposes only. Recommendations, projections, rankings, “Draft Impact” numbers, and any market/“Plays” information are models and opinions, not guarantees. Player performance is uncertain. We do not guarantee any draft result, league outcome, or financial result, and you are solely responsible for your own draft decisions.

DraftOdds is not a gambling service, sportsbook, or betting platform, and it does not accept, place, or process wagers. Any market or futures information shown is informational context, not betting advice or a solicitation to bet.

3. Subscription (DraftOdds Season Pass)

DraftOdds offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Pro features.

Price: $24.99 per year (or the price shown in your local currency on the paywall).
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged on renewal.
Managing & cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Access: Full app access requires an active subscription. If the subscription lapses, Pro features lock until it is renewed.

All payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Refund requests are made to Apple, not to us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its data beyond what the license permits, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost league, contest, or money, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
